Autumn (renamed Max) Photo Gallery

March 23, 2006

...everything is great here! The day it snowed was the day I think she and Jackson bonded. They romped and played in the snow all day. I got nothing done due to watching and laughing at them. She goes in her kennel at night and is ready to play by morning. The first couple of days we had her, it was really nice out and she was out for walks with us all over our property... She follows me all over the house. If I move 2 feet, she moves 2 feet. [We] absolutely love this girl. We could not have found a better fit!!! Thank you all for everything you did for us, and all that you do for the 4 legged friends in need. You're the best!!!

A special thank you goes out to Autumn's sponsors: Steve Hitz in memory of Marah and Gretchen. Mark & Janet Koonce in honor of Bodie.

Adopted March 16, 2006 Autumn was a 14 month old, black/tan, spayed, female German Shepherd Dog. At 71 pounds, this girl was big. She was quite stunning and very sweet. Autumn had gotten along with everyone and did really fantastic at the vet's office (she made lots of friends). Autumn was an owner give up. Apparently her owner wanted to get a different dog. Autumn wanted it known that she is not disposable. She was an absolute doll and deserved a good family that would value her as an individual life that deserved love and dignity.
