interactions with your pet. An in depth view at the successes and enrichment
of everyone involved. Persons may have rabbits, guinea pigs, dogs,
or other very even tempered, very well behaved, well groomed, clean
animals that can visit residents of nursing homes. This is an introductory
view at pet therapy for interested parties. Even if persons do not
own their own pet, German Shepherd Rescue will provide loving rescue
dogs for interested parties to handle with patients. Volunteers are
needed in the community and German Shepherd Rescue would like to be
the leading force of promoting regular, well organized pet therapy
to nursing facilities and other interested care facilities. There will
be 2 two hour classes involving instruction, preparation, and materials.
You may bring your pet to class, and available therapy friends (rescue
dogs) will also be present. The class fee will cover expenses and materials.
