[Gracie] is heeling, staying, and laying down on command. We took her to Pensylvania for Thanksgiving and my husband's uncle remarked that Gracie was the most well behaved dog to ever set foot in his home. She is amazing and we feel very blessed to have her as part of our family. Thanks so much.

Gracie has really enjoyed her first Halloween with her new family! There were tons of trick or treaters that lavished their attention upon her! She is a little spoiled I think but that is what it is all about!

Photos: 1) Gracie all dressed up with her fairy outfit! 2) Gracie in "her" convertible

[Gracie] really loves to ride in the car and we have really spoiled her with all the rides we give her. Her favorite thing is riding in my mother's convertible to the local ice cream shop where we get her a "naked hotdog" while the rest of the family has ice cream. The hardest part is getting her out of the car when we get home!

A special thank you goes out to Gracie's sponsor: Rebecca Kuk in loving memory of her beloved Oscar the GSD.

Gracie

Adopted May 12, 2004

Gracie was a 1 year old black/tan spayed, female German Shepherd Dog. She was a very sweet and loving little girl that wagged with her entire body. She wiggled and squirmed and liked to rub up right next to her human. She was a velcro dog-never going far. Gracie loved attention and hanging out. She got along with cats and dogs, children and adults. She had cowered at loud noises and her primary caretaker believed someone may have beaten her at some point, but all Gracie wanted out of life was lots of love. She kissed and hugged very well and looked forward to having her very own family to spoil and love. She was just the sweetest dog!
