We have a snow fort out in the front yard. The dogs are LOVING it. More than the human kids I think. Snow is hard to get good pictures of, but I think these give you an idea. They'll both be ready for a good nap this afternoon!!

I looked out at [Henry in the yard] and he was barking straight up into the sky. The neighbors have a pond, so I thought [it must be] geese. He kept barking...so I checked again. A hot air balloon was going right over our house, fairly low. Never fear, Henry chased it away! He was very proud.

Henry has a new sister! We adopted Sophie on Sept 9th. She's 13 months old. She's a bit nervous right now, but I think Henry is helping her settle in. They're quickly becoming friends. Henry is doing great! He finished his obedience class. He's happy and healthy and we're very glad to have him!!

Henry is doing great! He's up over 70 lbs now and he's looking even more handsome!! He's almost finished with his first round of obedience classes. We've determined that our cats hate dogs, so he's been having fun antagonizing them. His best friend is a Golden who lives next door. They love to run and romp together. His favorite toy is the Orca you see in the picture. That is actually his second one! He's really enjoying his yard - lots of room to run.

Henry

Adopted July 2007

Henry is a cool dog. He is a puppy, playful and has barked when stimulated by interesting things. However, he is a cool guy who can just chill after a while. He fell asleep at the veterinarian if that is any indication. He is a lover bug and seeks a great home who will love him and pay attention to him the rest of his life.

Henry is a very sweet and attached dog. He is extremely loving. He does get a little nervous right now and is still adjusting.
